【11月30日 AFP】内部告発ウェブサイト「ウィキリークス（WikiLeaks）」が公開した米政府の外交電文について、英紙ガーディアン（Guardian）は29日、韓国の千英宇（チョン・ヨンウ、Chun Yung-Woo）外交通商部第2次官（当時）が「中国の指導部は、もはや北朝鮮を有益な同盟国と見なしていない」と駐韓米国大使に伝えたとする公電を掲載した。

　さらに千氏は、「金正日（キム・ジョンイル、Kim Jong-Il）総書記の死後に起きるであろう北朝鮮の崩壊を防ぐ手立てはないと中国は考えている」と伝えていた。(c)AFP
